IDRS has assembled a team of staff members and associates who are uniquely qualified to provide training and services that bring people together and help build partnerships that solve problems and create strategies for a better tomorrow. Each member of the team is deeply committed to empowering people and organizations to develop local solutions to local problems, to minimize the use of adversarial systems, and to develop the skills to “work things out by talking things through”. Each member is a trained negotiator, mediator, facilitator, team builder and trainer, and thus has the necessary “tools” to help people to work together. Moreover, each member is a proven practitioner who has earned his or her place on the team by having had many years of first-hand practical experience. |
