Do You Need The Services Of An Impartial Third Party To Assist You Reach A Decision Or Resolve A Specific Dispute?
People are different and therefore can be expected to have their differences. This is usually not a problem. We have acquired the communication skills and experience during our lifetime to “work things out by talking things through.” We all do this from morning to night in our families, in the workplace, in the market place, in the community and in our government institutions.
There are also times, however, when we cannot reconcile our differences and come to an understanding by ourselves. This too is normal. The group may be too large and cumbersome to manage informed deliberations without outside help. Or, the differences between us and others may be so challenging, and our communications so negative, that we cannot bridge the gap without outside assistance. Then we need to call on the services of an impartial third party who is specially trained to help parties reach agreement.
